Use Proper Body Language to Improve Success With Women

One thing many guys neglect as they try to understand the art of picking up women is the importance of body language.
Ask any successful pickup artist, or just your average guy who has success with women, and they will all tell you how important body language is.
Human communication is largely non-verbal. A lot of what we say is less relevant than how we use our bodies to communicate.

Notice politicians (especially well-liked ones), and how they're always touching people, shaking hands, smiling, and how they appear relaxed and calm.
This is a key in how you should behave with your body when you're trying to become more successful with women.
Here are a few critical parts of your body language that you should be aware of, and work on improving:
1. Your face. Practice keeping a relaxed expression with your eyes slightly lidded (as though you were starting to become sleepy). Let your facial muscles relax. Don't grimace or grin too much. Your smiles should come easily, because of genuine amusement on your part.

2. Your shoulders. Before you go out to socialize with people or meet women, do some shoulder rolls to loosen up. Loosen your neck and joints the way athletes do before they get ready to perform.
(A great mental trick for keeping your shoulders relaxed: pretend you just got a massage.)
3. Your voice. Work on keeping your voice calm and relaxed. You may get excited in the heat of a conversation, but try to bring the level of your voice back down when that happens. Your voice should be loud enough that people can easily hear you, but not overbearing.
One neat thing I really love about using your voice properly (especially with women) is that if you speak in this way, it forces people to come closer to hear you.

That's a great way to build rapport with a woman you're having dinner with. Lower your voice a bit so that she has to lean close to hear you. Every time her face brushes yours, it will send small signals of pleasure - which are things you definitely want to be associated with you!
